Lead Turf Installer
We are always looking for qualified lead installers to join our team. If you have a minimum of 2 years of artificial turf installation experience, have your own truck and tools, and bilingual, we would love to hear from you. The main duties of a lead installer are managing an installation crew, personally performing the technical aspects of an installation, and communicating with clients at the jobsite. The entire installation process from start to finish is the responsibility of the lead installer. (Lead installers earn between $300-$700 per day).
Installer Trainees
Looking for a new career. If you are interested in becoming an artificial turf installer you are at the right place. Not only are we actively searching for qualified candidates to train, but we actually prefer training newbies the Tournament Greens/Celebrity Greens way. Candidates must be willing to work hard and learn from the best. (starting pay for newbie installers ranges from $125-$175 per day).
Outside Sales Reps
This outside sales representative will be responsible for B2B and B2C sales in Orange County with some travel to Los Angeles and San Diego Counties. This Individual will call on landscape contractors, architects and designers as well as running company provided leads. Candidate must effectively conduct consultative sales presentations, manage, and incubate a strong sales pipeline, oversee project installation, and successfully communicate with clients on all matters. (This position pays a base salary + commission).
